Abstract
Medical ethics is
a system of moral principles that apply values and judgments to the practice of medicine. As
a scholarly discipline, medical ethics encompasses its practical application in
clinical settings as well as work on its history, philosophy, theology, and
sociology.
Currently,
according to the newspaper, presentation about the falsification of doctor such
as news about doctor’s killing his wife because of jealousy, an overdose to
life. That news come out, the faith and confidence in the doctors as less and
medical defamation. Because doctors have been
accepted by society. This
situation occurs, society does not trust the medical profession. So I want to
learn about medical ethics is. With the practice of medicine, however. The
patient is given a fair treatment or not. And to maintain the correct way or
not.
The
objectives of this report are to determine why doctors practice contrary to
medical ethics and to study medical ethics that provide doctors to be
accepted. This report examines
about medical ethics whether it help or
kill people.
The conclusion of this report, Law and
medical ethics to guide the practice of medicine to patients. So that patients
are not treated fairly in the themes and the best way. And treatment of
patients who have received the consent of both the patient and the patient's
relatives. Patients have the right to know the truth about the disease and the
symptoms are. And medical data of patients will be kept confidential to the
patient. Physicians have the right to distribute the information to patients
before they receive permission from the patient. Doctors and patients need to
understand about the exact treatment to prevent conflicts with the patient.
